As a Senior System Administrator/AWS DevOp at eTrigue, you will work within a small agile team of like-minded and talented engineers and product professionals in a focused, no bureaucracy environment, striving to push the limits of our capabilities while delivering tremendous value to our customers.
eTrigue provides a complete marketing solution including platform and services that helps our customers sell in partnership with their channel partners. The eTrigue Lead Accelerator solution is turnkey, including helping partners develop target prospects, marketing materials, email and landing pages, assets, video, and a complete delivery platform to execute, identify prospect insights and track responsiveness of the partners. Our customers work in very fast-growing worldwide markets selling unique and proprietary technology solutions including cloud, security, Generative AI, telecom, infrastructure, data center operations, healthcare, manufacturing, aerospace, dental, etc.

You need to be a quick learner who can become an expert in the DevOps backend components that ensure our offering, Software as a Service (SaaS) Demand Generation platform, is always available, optimized for cost and efficiency, performing with low latency, and taking advantage of leading-edge tools/solutions. In this role you will be responsible for development, deployment, monitoring, ongoing updates and optimization of our AWS environment from start to finish. This is a hands-on role requiring:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in system administration and DevOps roles.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) and Group Policy.
- Experience with networking and security.
- Experience with AWS cloud platform.
- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of system administration concepts.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- Proficiency in leveraging AWS cloud services such as ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and AWS Machine Learning.
- Strong knowledge of AI services and tools.
- Expertise in utilizing AWS cloud infrastructure to build scalable and reliable applications.
- Proven ability to design and implement solutions using AWS services to meet business requirements.
- Hands-on experience in managing AWS cloud resources and optimizing performance.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud pricing models and cost optimization strategies.
- Experience with AWS DevOps tools such as CloudFormation, CodePipeline, and CodeDeploy.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Additional desirable qualifications for the position include:

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as AWS CloudWatch or Splunk.
- Experience with security tools and practices such as AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) and AWS Security Groups.
Specifics:
- This position is a full-time, long-term position. It is not a part-time or contract position.
- Salary range $120k+, undiluted stock options, 100% healthcare, 401k w/matching (self-directed), weekly onsite lunches, PTO, and holidays, based on experience and demonstrated ability.
- Our preference is onsite at our San Jose headquarters for this role.
- Hybrid or remote will be considered based on experience.
