1. Drive innovation and long-term growth by leveraging expertise in CME and equity market dynamics.
2. Collaborate with traders, developers, and data scientists to develop trading strategies.
3. Maintain and improve current trading tools and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

1. Proven leadership experience in a front-office environment at a major options trading firm is a must .
2. Practical knowledge of financial market dynamics, including CME and equity markets.
3. Expertise in developing high-performance trading software and familiarity with FPGA technology is a plus.
4. Strong grasp of option modeling techniques and low-latency market structures is a plus.
5. Ability to develop and implement a proprietary quoting system from scratch is a plus.
6. Solid understanding of options modeling, pricing, and fitting to enhance trading strategies is a plus.
