Vice President of Engineering

The Vice President of Engineering will provide strategic leadership and direction to the engineering organization, ensuring the successful development, delivery, and quality of products.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Provide strategic direction and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring that their work is focused on delivering on-time, high-quality products.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify emerging technologies and trends and develop strategies to leverage them for competitive advantage.
• Drive the engineering teams to achieve maximum sustainable velocity by improving efficiencies, processes, and engineering practices.

Product Development:

• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept generation to commercialization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, program management, and professional services) to ensure successful product launches.
• Accountability for code quality and ensuring products are developed in a maintainable manner

Technological Innovation:

• Drive the user experience of our products to ensure we’re differentiated in the marketplace.

Requirements :

• Proven track record of engineering leadership roles, with experience managing large, complex engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of engineering principles, methodologies (SCRUM, SAFE), and best practices.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft .NET / C#, SQL and AWS services.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
