Building Maintenance- Austin

Are you an Experienced Building Engineer a great opportunity in the Austin area? Long term contract position available paying up to $28.00 an hour DOE.

What you bring to the table:

• Min. of 3 yrs. experience in building engineering operations

Working knowledge of :

HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical

• Life Safety Systems
• EMS and Work Order Systems
• Knowledge of computer based secured card reader access and BAS system, elevators, cooling towers and air handler systems.
• Some Knowledge and understanding of blueprints
