Oracle EBS Technical Developer (025-24)

Anglicotech, LLC is seeking an Oracle EBS Technical Developer to support a Marine Corps Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) based logistics system. This role involves contributing to a logistics platform that handles a wide range of functionalities including asset visibility, supply chain management, maintenance, readiness assessments, and financial tracking. The selected candidate will be an integral part of an Agile development team focused on developing Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, Configurations, Personalizations, and Workflows (RICECPW).

• This position is located in Stafford, Virginia .

Responsibilities:

• The Oracle EBS Technical Developer is responsible for the requirements analysis, functional design, and test documentation/execution of RICECPW components across key Oracle SCM modules such as PO, CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM, and FND.
• Build and maintain interfaces using Oracle APIs for various EBS modules.
• Adhere to Agile methodologies throughout the development process.
• Analyze and review Technical Design Documents and code to enhance understanding and manage functionalities of RICECPW components.
• Assist in requirement gathering by reviewing Change Requests.
• Optimize and tune packages, stored procedures, and applications within an Oracle 19c RDBMS environment.
• Provide technical support during release testing phases and offer detailed deployment instructions for code migration and backout procedures.
• Prepare design alternatives and specifications documents.
• Manage the analysis, design, and development phases related to Oracle modules.
• Update and maintain deliverables as required for the development team.
• Ensure all assigned products and deliverables are completed with high quality and on schedule.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 and Oracle databases.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Oracle SCM modules including PO, CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM, and FND.
• Proficient in PL/SQL, Reports, XML, SOA, BI Publisher, Alerts, and Workflow development.
• Familiarity with OA Framework (OAF) development and Oracle EBS/SCM base tables.
• Experience in building interfaces and conversion routines using Oracle APIs.
• Skilled in shell scripting and performing periodic impact analysis on Oracle product updates.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to reverse-engineer complex modules to diagnose issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to produce professional documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide 24x7 support when needed.

Security Clearance:

• US Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules R12 and Oracle Projects

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with Marine Corps or DoD supply and maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in APEX, Agile methodologies, and SOA/BPEL programming.
