Position: Structural Design Engineer - Buildings

Location: Charlotte NC

Terms: Full-Time


We are looking for early career professionals looking for a structural design role with huge opportunities for growth and career development.


Responsibilities:


  • Complete design projects in accordance with building codes and construction practices
  • Design entire projects, systems, components, or processes, and prepare related documents, engineering analyses, and reports
  • Collaborate with a multi-discipline team to complete building design from conception to completion
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and within the scope of practice


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) OR Engineer in Training (EIT) with ability to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) in 6 months
  • Contributing to key aspects of major projects or managing multiple mid-sized projects
  • Knowledge of building codes and structural engineering design standards
  • Proficient with Revit design
