Civil Engineer
Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group, Inc. is a consulting Civil Engineering, Land Surveying and Wetland consulting firm serving Central and Eastern Massachusetts. We are currently looking to fill the following position in our Lunenburg location. Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to support Land Development projects in Central and Eastern Massachusetts. A BS in Civil Engineering is required with 2 years of experience in land development and site design being preferred. Entry level and more experienced candidates will also be considered.
Required Qualifications:
- BS in Civil Engineering
- EIT Certification
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Experience with AutoCAD and HydroCAD
- Strong written and verbal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer's Registration
- Proficient with AutoCAD and HydroCAD
- Experience with utility design, grading and drainage design, site plan and subdivision plan preparation
- Working knowledge of Massachusetts Title 5 regulations, the Massachusetts Wetland Protection Act, and Massachusetts Stormwater Management Regulations
The responsibilities of the position will include working both independently and with other staff to prepare commercial site plans, residential subdivision plans, application packages for various submittals to local Boards and Commissions, drainage calculations and reports. The successful candidate will join a growing team of professionals working to serve the needs of clients in Central and Eastern Massachusetts.
