The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 2 nd and 3 rd shifts for CNC Machinist in the Dayton, OH area. This is a great opportunity for a direct hire placement with a great company p roviding six-month auto salary increases until topping out, quarterly attendance bonuses, and various in-house training programs!
Compensation / Shift/ Benefits of CNC Machinist

• $60,881.60 - $72,508.80
• 2 nd Shift 3:30pm-12am OR 3 rd Shift 11pm-7am
• Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision , 401(k), PTO

Responsibilities of CNC Machinist

• Program editing, loading, running, and full QC check, all independently.
• Set up and run CNC machine (CNC lathe, CNC mill, or 5-axis machine) using good machining, quality, and safety practices.
• Adjust offsets for tools to hold tolerances as low as .0005.
• Setup and use precision measuring equipment such as .0001 indicators, dial or electronic bore gages, gage blocks, inside and outside micrometer, depth mics, dial calipers, etc.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements of CNC Machinist

• 5+ years of experience on CNC mills or lathes.
• Capable of setting up, modifying programs, running, and using QC gauges to check the part independently.
• Must be able to run independently within a month of being hired on - not a 'button pushing' role. Must be a true machinist.
