Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead PHP Developer to oversee a team of developers and manage our PHP-based applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications, ensuring best practices in coding standards, security, and performance. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and hands-on coding abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and maintenance of PHP-based applications, ensuring efficient and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver seamless web applications.
• Implement and maintain coding standards, security protocols, and performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and leadership.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in development and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various environments.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and integrate them into the development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Lead PHP Developer or similar senior role.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Vue.js).
• Expertise in RESTful API development and integration.
• Solid understanding of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both local and remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Experience in leading a distributed team.
