Description of Duties:
• Implement System Configuration Management Baselines and Track Engineering Changes to completion.
• Problem solves to find solutions to issues on new systems and maintenance of existing systems
• Excellent analytical and communication skills as well as problem solving
• Strong technical abilities in various MS software, applications, and ability to learn new applications and software
Minimum Experience:
• 2 years in technical specification development
• 4 years of experience in process development and improvement
• 4 years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting and repair of C5ISR Electronic Equipment
• 3 years of experience providing C5ISR Communications Help Desk Support
Supervision of Position:
• Typically reports to a manager.
Education:
• 6 Years of Direct C5ISR experience with 6 years of Configuration Management or Technical Systems trouble shooting and repair background.
Background in troubleshooting and repair of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) is highly desirable.
