About the Role The Field Engineer I provides integration, design, development, and testing of computer systems based on customer needs and customer's existing systems. The role leverages computer systems background and knowledge of theoretical and practical systems analysis techniques and procedures in order to successfully integrate computer systems with customer's existing system and needs.What You'll DoPre-integration analysisPlans, documents, develops and tests customer solutions spanning a range of computer systems from remote / branch office to enterprise data center sitesProvides support for hardware and software solutionsEffectively and efficiently communicate with customer to ensure quality results are delivered based on their program requirementsWhat We're Looking ForKnowledgeable in manufacturers' computer system design and analysis, specifications and documentation.Possesses proven ability to apply theoretical and practical computer systems analysis techniques and procedures.Possesses clear and effective communication skills with customer, colleagues, and managementFamiliarity with systems integration, documentation, and planning procedures.Experience:2 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.Must have expertise in analyzing complex computer systems and ability to custom design and develop systems to meet customer needsUnderstanding of Data Center computer systems fundamentals to include networking communication equipment (hubs, switches, routers), storage arrays and cloud-based conceptsEducation & Certifications:At least two of the following certifications preferred: CompTIA Cloud+ /Storage+, Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT), Cisco Cloud, MTA Cloud InfrastructureWhat's In It For You?
