HTS Engineering - Heat Transfer Solutions is seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, low voltage systems, logic controllers, and industrial machinery.
- Perform technical sales support by recommending appropriate solutions to clients.
- Utilize tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and welding equipment for maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to building occupants and address maintenance requests promptly.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with expertise in industrial maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in low voltage systems, logic controllers, and stick welding techniques.
- Experience in technical sales or a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Ability to use tools like ammeters, ohmmeters, and welding equipment effectively.
