Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff
2. Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues
3. Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria
4. Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand
5. Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

1. Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
2. Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
3. The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
4. Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
5. Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software
