We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Creative Assistant, with a strong emphasis on web development and graphic design. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and web development teams to support our website and digital projects. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for both creative design and technical web development, eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our off-site web development team to troubleshoot website issues and code new content.
- Develop and implement website updates, ensuring functionality and responsiveness across all platforms.
- Assist in designing, maintaining, and optimizing the company's website, focusing on user experience (UX) and performance.
- Work with the creative team to develop and execute visually appealing digital content, including website banners, landing pages, and interactive media.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as social media graphics, email campaigns, and web assets.
- Research trends in web design, development, and emerging technologies to keep the company's digital presence cutting-edge.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas for digital campaigns and enhancements.
- Manage and organize digital assets, including code snippets, photos, videos, and other creative materials.
- Support the Creative Director with administrative tasks, including managing project timelines and coordinating team meetings.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in web development, including HTML/CSS.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and website optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Elementor, or similar platforms.
- Experience coding WooCommerce or other e-commerce sites with many products is a plus.
- Proficiency in video editing.
- Basic SEO knowledge and an understanding of web analytics tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for creativity, with a desire to grow both in web development and creative design.
