Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, VISTA will consider only applicants with Secret security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances.

Job Requirements:

- Engineering, Analysis and Research
- Inventory/Real Property/Facility Investment
- Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Budget Estimate Submission (BES)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Management
- At least five (5) years’ experience in economic and statistical data analysis, production methods, inventory and cost analysis, and development of economic programs
- Knowledge and familiarity with OACSIM business systems a plus
