DevSecOps Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer located in Chantilly, VA . Agile Systems Engineers facilitate program level software development processes, program execution, escalate impediments, manage risk, and enable continuous improvement.

What will you do?

1. Establish Product Increments, Release Planning Events (RPEs), and Sprint Calendar for the Release Train.
2. Facilitate Product Increments Planning, Program-Level ceremonies, lead program execution, and coach Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in continuous improvement of value delivery.
3. Aggregate Product Increments and Sprint objectives.
4. Facilitate Scrum of Scrums.
5. Facilitate full use of SAFe Principles.
6. Identify risks to the Product Line PM for mitigation and/or submission to the Needs and Collection Management Engineering Board.
7. Report ART Status to stakeholders (internal and external).
8. Drive the Release through creating transparency using metrics to drive positive change.
9. Identify and facilitate resolution of dependencies and/or elevate program level impediments to the IPC team.
10. Assist the Government in Feature Integration Test Coordination.

Do you have what it takes?

1. TS/SCI with Poly required
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree.
3. 6-12 years of experience.
4. Experience in SAFe managing release trains.
5. SAFe Certified.
