For more information, visit: WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Under the supervision of a professional engineer, design lighting, power distribution, and communication systems, including fire alarm systems.Prepare technical design documentation.Utilize AutoCAD and/or Revit/BIM to model construction drawings for building systems from schematic design to construction administration phasesReview submittals and shop drawings for compliance with the contract documents.Job site visits to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (Mechanical Systems focus) from an ABET-accredited program.Ability to apply principles and theories of lighting and power distribution in the design of building systems.EIT, preferred.Experience with engineering design programs (i.e. Revit, AutoCAD.)
