WHERE THIS IS LOCATED:

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

1. Leads oversight of profitability, investment performance, governance, operating model, vendor management and strategic direction of investment products.
2. Oversees structuring changes of products or accounts and fosters strategic partnership between product management and portfolio management, legal, accounting, and client servicing teams.
3. Leads monitoring efforts of governance matters with various private fund boards and internal committees relating to product development and administration.
4. Verifies that clients are provided with excellent customer service and expert assistance on assigned product matters by designated team members.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

1. 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management is preferred
2. Bachelor's degree is preferred
3. Financial services experience working with sales and service organizations
4. Previous experience with CRM solutions
5. Experience translating business success factors into analytics, then designing and implementing analytical dashboards
6. Experience delivering products in an Agile environment
7. Ability to convey complex ideas to both business and technical audiences
8. Knowledge of agile development and JIRA work tools a plus.
