Role Overview
As a Support Engineer , you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, assisting with system setup, and ensuring our clients have the best possible experience with our software.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communicate technical information clearly to customers and internal teams.
- Create detailed support tickets and escalate issues when necessary.
- Identify recurring issues and work with the engineering team to address them.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a technical support role.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
