Software engineer- c+, algo, python

We are seeking a talented senior developer to join our C++ Algorithmic Development team. The candidate will work closely with the quant team, desk strategists, and business partners to implement new ideas within the trading platform. He or she will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying new strategies and algorithms. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for changes to the trading environment, efficient testing practices, and managing plant capacity and scalability. Finally, the candidate will work with the desk as execution consultants and gather ideas for new strategies. The candidate should have strong technical skills and interest and experience in the algorithmic trading space. Skills Required:

1. Strong C++ development experience
2. Experience in C++ performance optimization
