• Civil Project Engineer – 1 to 5 years of experience
• Civil Project Engineer – 5+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

As a Civil Project Engineer, you will:

• Collaborate with a talented team of surveyors, designers, landscape architects, and fellow civil engineers to develop visionary master plans.
• Produce full construction documents for various land development projects in eastern NC/SC.
• Design site layouts, grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater detention/retention, storm drainage, water and sewer systems, roadway improvements, pump stations, and force mains.
• Prepare and represent design calculations and reports for permitting.
• Ensure accurate project delivery phases with technical quality.
• Create presentation materials and support project meetings.
• Engage with municipal entities, adhering to zoning regulations and submission prerequisites.
• Translate client visions into compelling and functional projects.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• FE Certificate or PE license is highly appreciated.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Civil 3D, Carlson, Hydraflow Storm Sewer, Hydrographs, WaterCad, AutoTURN, and Microsoft Office products is preferred.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to professionally convey design concepts.
• Strong collaboration skills with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent time management to meet tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude and professional presence in an office environment.
