Key Responsibilities:

1. Innovative Product Design: Collaborate with customers to design custom products tailored to their unique specifications and drawings, ensuring top-tier performance and reliability.
2. Manufacturing Excellence: Create precise, detailed manufacturing drawings and release production orders to drive efficiency on the shop floor.
3. Sheet Metal Programming: Develop and program sheet metal components for products and release them into manufacturing, ensuring flawless execution.
4. Problem Solving & Support: Proactively resolve production challenges and provide technical support to customers and the sales team, ensuring smooth project delivery.
5. Customer Collaboration: Assist customers with new projects by performing calculations and offering expert advice to meet their needs.
6. Product Returns & Evaluation: Lead the evaluation of customer returns, analyzing product performance and offering solutions for improvement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree required with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
2. Working knowledge of 2D software and Microsoft Office required
3. Two years of related experience preferred
4. 3-D Modeling experience using Solid Works software preferred
5. Ability to maintain multiple projects at one time
