Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier technical support for all company hardware and software, with a focus on MacOS and ServiceNow.
  • Use your expertise in MDM deployment, Okta SSO, Windows 10/11, and JAMF to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including maintaining, upgrading, and configuring new hardware and software.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for team members experiencing technical issues, providing prompt and efficient service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and systems, contributing to our continuous improvement culture.
  • Document all technical inquiries, develop and update manuals, and train team members to maximize the use of existing technology.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure the optimal functioning of all systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup environment within the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of MacOS, ServiceNow, MDM deployment, Okta SSO, Windows 10/11, and JAMF.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
  • A customer-focused approach, with the ability to provide high-quality support to team members.
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
