Genesys Cloud Engineer

Leading client is hiring Genesys Cloud CX Developer for Contract to hire job.

This is onsite hybrid 3 days a week.

Required skills,

• Must have experience configuration, Developing, Administration of Genesys Cloud CX platform
• Developing inbound call flows using data inputs ,data actions and Genesys Cloud API,
• in queue flow ,outbound flow, email, and chat
• Experience with Microsoft Visio call flow design
• Working experience with Agile teams and Jira, Zephyr
• Contact Center Developer with hands on working knowledge of Genesys PureCloud architect flow familiar with best practices, design, and configuration experience.
