MITRE is seeking a qualified candidate to apply their expertise in systems engineering, Army acquisition, and intelligence operations to advance ISR sensors and systems, SIGINT, Electronic Warfare, and intelligence technologies. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support across various system development lifecycles, including design, implementation, testing, and integration of enterprise systems and system-of-systems for the Army. This role involves collaborating with multiple Army entities and supporting the application of emerging technologies in wireless communications, space systems, and SIGINT. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and hold a current Top Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related experience and work experience.
- Strong systems engineering skills and familiarity with independent Verification & Validation (V&V) testing.
- Army acquisition experience, preferably with direct interaction with Program Executive Offices.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Currently possess a Top-Secret security clearance.
- Willingness and ability to spend a significant amount of time on-site in Sponsor facilities in Aberdeen, MD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mission knowledge of intelligence operations, the intelligence lifecycle, and intelligence systems.
- Thorough understanding and experience with DoD Intelligence, SIGINT or EW systems.
- Current SCI clearance.
Salary compensation range and midpoint: $155,500 - $194,500 - $233,500 Annual
