Summary

As a Junior Software Engineer in Client Services, you are responsible for handling support escalations, troubleshooting issues, identifying solutions for issues on our customer’s behalf, and providing fixes as necessary. You will be working closely with the product development team, providing ample room for growth to expand your career.

Join our Tier 2 team supporting the Enterprise B2B SaaS platform! This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years' experience and a strong background in Java.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in software development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' experience with Java. Front-end experience with Angular or React is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new applications and software tools.
  • Desire to contribute to major changes and enhancements in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Strong planning, organization, & communication skills.
  • Previous experience working with or supporting SaaS products.
  • Experience with SQL queries and front-end web development skills (HTML, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of RESTful web services and working experience with APIs.
