About Our Client Our client is seeking a motivated, high-energy UI/UX Designer to join a growing, dynamic growth equity and entrepreneurial team. Our client is a leader in data-driven customer acquisition and deliver top-tier SEM-originated traffic through our best-in-class technology, industry expertise and digital marketing best practices. The team has built and sold $1Bn+ revenue digital marketplaces, managed $250MM of annual ad spend, and developed strategic partnerships with Fortune 100 clients across numerous industries. The team has a passion for delivering high quality volume to our valued partners, and we know how to drive results.Your Core Contributions to The Team As UI/UX Designer, you have a proven track record in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web applications, with a strong emphasis on both esthetics and user experience. This role involves collaborating closely with our marketing team to enhance our marketing assets and contribute to our overall digital strategy.

  • Design and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

  • Conduct competitive research to identify and integrate best practices in UI/UX design.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design marketing materials and media kits, aiming to improve the overall effectiveness of our marketing assets.

  • Utilize Webflow (or equivalent platforms) to bring design concepts to life, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve the design and functionality of our web properties based on user feedback and analytics.

About You Knowledge, Abilities, and Qualifications

  • Expertise in Webflow or equivalent web design platforms.

  • Experience in creating marketing materials and media kits is highly desirable.

  • Experience with paid search campaigns, performance marketing, optimizing funnels and managing KPIs a plus.

  • Experience in the e-commerce industry a plus.

  • Understanding of HTML and CSS.
