Project Engineer - Decarbonization Projects

As a Project Engineer, you will be instrumental in the development and execution of various decarbonization projects. You will provide technical expertise, manage project phases, and support the client's goal of reducing carbon footprints in a 12 month W-2 contract job paying $80 - $100 per hour.

Decarbonization Project Engineer Responsibilities:

• Serve as project engineer on a variety of decarbonization projects, supporting all phases of development and design
• Supervise Mechanical discipline managers within an office or business unit for successful intra-office operations, by actively helping those department managers that report to you smoothly run their departments
• Research engineering firms, manufacturers, and suppliers to better understand their capabilities and technologies.
• Quality Management: Ensure Mechanical discipline managers are consistently applying and complying with corporate quality management processes and procedures
• Gather and consolidate data from engineering firms, manufacturers, and suppliers associated with the production, transportation, and storage of clean energy products. Present the data and make recommendations to key stakeholders in Engineering, Commercial, and Operations.
• Provide technical expertise in the pipeline transportation of hydrogen, ammonia, CO2, and other decarbonization related products.

Decarbonization Project Engineer Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience across LNG/Gas and Carbon transmission
• Accomplished mechanical engineer/PE with progressive technical experience in the design of mechanical systems, thermal energy infrastructure and clean energy technologies
