Job Description
We are currently seeking entry-level Manufacturing Mechanical Engineers to join our team. This role involves working onsite at manufacturing plants on a full-time basis, performing various engineering tasks related to dimensional, manufacturing, process, and facilities management. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology, be willing to work in a plant environment, and have the flexibility to work different shifts. Prior internship experience in automotive, technology, or manufacturing is preferred, as well as technical capabilities and strong critical thinking skills. The starting salary is estimated between $81,000 and $89,000, with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Required Qualifications:
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Expected graduation between August 2024 and June 2025
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week
- Willingness to work in a plant environment and on different shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship experience in automotive, technology, or manufacturing
- Technical capabilities and strong critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
