Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Development and Integration Engineer with over 10 years of experience in federal system modernization to work in a hybrid work environment in Lanham, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for program and project integration, supporting various activities through technical analyses and reviews, and ensuring process improvement and adherence across the integrated IMF Modernization system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and Project Integration:
- Support the overall integration of the project by collaborating with various program and project activities.
- Conduct technical analyses and reviews to ensure project alignment with modernization goals.
- Process Improvement and Adherence:
- Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with established standards and practices.
- Understand the impacts of the integrated IMF Modernization system and its components on ongoing projects.
- Data Management:
- Gather and compile relevant data, transforming it into presentations or artifacts for stakeholder review and decision-making.
- Program Integration Support:
- Interface with and support Delivery Partners to facilitate seamless program integration.
- Coordinate the deployment of newly developed capabilities, ensuring all components are effectively integrated.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of relevant experience in federal system modernization.
- Demonstrated experience with Business Rules Engineering Model (BREM), Object Oriented Analysis & Design & Implementation, and Functional Programming.
- Proficiency in Unified Modeling Language (UML) and OMG Business Process Modeling & Notation (BPMN) v2.0+.
- Experience with Business Rule Engines.
- Strong project management skills and experience as a Scrum Master.
Physical and Mental Qualifications:
- Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
- Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard).
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language.
- Execute tasks independently and work as a team.
