Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. System Engineer with an active TS/SCI-Full Scope Polygraph to join our team. As a Sr. System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex systems, analyzing system requirements, and ensuring system performance meets the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in system architecture, integration, and testing of complex software and hardware systems.
Our Client focuses on Software Engineering in the Cloud and Cyber Security domains. Our client's specialties include implementing real-time solutions and analytics through the use of interactive applications and the integration of industry-standard software stacks for both enterprise data intelligence and cyber security protection against network threats and exploits.
Nice to Haves:
- Develop and implement complex system architectures, ensuring performance, security, and reliability of the system
- Analyze and evaluate system requirements to ensure the system meets the needs of our clients
- Conduct system integration and testing, identifying and addressing any issues that arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and enhancements
- Provide technical expertise to other team members, guiding them in the development and implementation of complex systems
- Participate in technical reviews, identifying and addressing any technical risks and issues
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies and trends, applying them to system design and development
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices
Must Haves:
- Active TS/SCI-FSP
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in system engineering and integration
- Expertise in system architecture, design, integration, and testing
- Strong technical skills in software and hardware systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain additional security clearance as required by clients

Salary: $130,000- $165,000
