Role: Technical Test Lead – Devops, Selenium Automation, API, CICD
Duration: Full Time
Location: Weehawken, NJ

Qualifications

1. Basic
   • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
   • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
2. Preferred
   • 4 years of experience in software development process including analysis, design, coding, system and user testing, problem resolution and planning.
   • 4 years of experience in Automation scripting and framework using Selenium, Cucumber, Jasmine, Protractor, Java, Web services, CI/CD.
   • Translate business and systems requirements into technical test requirements.
   • Experience in QA processes, Test Strategy, Test Design, Test execution analysis & reporting.
   • Design, develop, document, and maintain manual test cases and automated tests scripts.
   • Actively contribute in the day-to-day planning, design, execution, and reporting of manual test cases and automated test scripts.
   • Follows software engineering principles in development of automation, manual test cases, software tools, and SQL.
   • Understand and apply test driven design concepts to test and debug automated solutions or manual test executions and software utilities developed by self and others.
   • Deliver accurate and maintainable code for test automation and software utilities.
   • Should have strong coordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills.
   • Should have strong leadership skills.
   • Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology.
   • Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
   • Analytical skills.
   • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
