Senior/Staff Power Management Integrated Circuit Engineer/Technical Manager

What you do:

1. Design of Power Management Integrated Chips (PMICs) and Power Management Units (PMUs) for a variety of smartphones, IoT, automotive, and ASIC applications.
2. The design includes DC-DC converters, Low drop-out linear voltage regulators (LDOs), Switch-capacitor regulators, reference, clock generators and power on reset (POR) generators.
3. Realize IC layout with floor planning and performance considerations (with layout engineers).
4. Testing & Debugging of IC prototypes (with system verification engineers) to support IC to mass production readiness.
5. Continual support/debug of field related issues or customer IC rejects.
6. IC performance documentation.

Requirement

What you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering / Computer Science with more than 6 years' IC Design experience or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering / Computer Science with more than 4 years' IC Design experience.
- Experience with Cadence IC design tools.
- Experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters (DMMs) and e-load.
- Deep understanding of device physics, device reliability analysis, package, and PCB design considerations.
- Capability of design and debugging on switching regulator, LDO, reference, clock, and POR generators.
