Job Description
This is a project transitioning the current customer support and Windows Administration from a traditional model to a DevOps environment using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Responsibilities
- The DevOps Engineer should have an understanding of development within a Windows environment.
- Experience with system development including Python or other scripting languages.
- Experience with development within Windows OS and Oracle.
- Use of 2 or more of the following: Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, Oracle SOA, OSB, Puppet, Chef, Splunk, Jira, Eclipse, Git, JUnit, Nagios, AWS, Cloudformation, and/or Azure.
- Understanding of Information Assurance.
- Willingness to achieve AWS certification.
- Experience with the Department of State is a plus.
Qualifications
- Multiple positions of varying levels of experience.
- DevOps understanding and experience are a plus.
