The RF Engineer is responsible for contributing in the RF Design of the regional wireless macro and small cell network by creating and managing projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create site design RFDS and complete plumbing diagrams.
Perform radio engineering evaluations for system planning and site acquisition.
Evaluate coverage problems and requirements for coverage and capacity cells.
Develop project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone completions, project issues, project jeopardies, and overall project completion.
Create high level processes for managing special projects, collecting data from multiple sources & tools and present it to the immediate team for taking actions. Data analysis skills using mapping programs, SQL, scripting using python, Tableau etc. are strongly desired.
Manage projects on behalf of RF design team while coordinating with design engineers and engineering teams consisting of real estate and construction.
Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives.
Identify, analyze, and resolve issues as needed to meet internal or external deadlines and reporting requirements.
Navigate and complete FUZE tasks
Utilize propagation tools and other RF related equipment such as QGIS, MapInfo, Google Earth, ATOLL, propagation and coverage review and selection, zoning and regulatory. Determination of regulatory coverage boundaries for extensions, FAA/FCC filings.
Working with the performance team to improve Key Performance Indicators within the area of interest.
Prepare necessary zoning justification packages and regulatory filings for sites.
Conduct RFE analysis, generate required reports and documents, and ensure 100% compliance to RFE mitigation standards within the allotted time frame.
Automate processes when opportunities arise and share information with the teams.
Required Tools Experience:
Advance Experience & demonstrated ability to use Atoll, & Microsoft Office Suite. Data analysis & PM skills strongly desired.
Preferred Tools experience:
Tableau, Fuze, Roofmaster, SQL, Visio, Ericsson performance tools, Visual Basic (macro creation)

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
