Title: Software Engineer III

DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Responsible for developing and carrying out software test strategies and quality assurance practices for software that delivers ETL and data consolidation for data warehousing building data warehouse for use with business intelligence reporting and sharing data between systems and other departments within the bank; work in an agile development methodology; and perform provisioning, maintenance and deployment of infrastructure using Azure DevOps, and create centralized data warehouses in Azure Data Factory; perform automated system testing; use JavaScript frameworks, including Angular, to build user-facing web UIs; create, maintain, and deploy SQL-based technologies including tables, stored procedures and triggers; and work with C# to develop services architecture for execution of business logic including API Services, serverless functions, and .NET scripting; leads engineers on the team with regard to software architecture for custom builds; delegating and assigning software engineering work to other engineers; create and groom stories; establishing DevOps practices; collaborating with external teams on infrastructure design and deployment monitoring and triaging software issues including infrastructure outages and user-identified bugs; and guide and mentor junior level engineers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field, and at least five (5) years of experience working in an agile development methodology; and performing provisioning, maintenance and deployment of infrastructure using Azure DevOps, of which two (2) years of experience includes creating centralized data warehouses in Azure Data Factory; performing automated system testing; using JavaScript frameworks, including Angular, to build user-facing web UIs; create, maintain, and deploy SQL-based technologies including tables, stored procedures and triggers; and working with C# to develop services architecture for execution of business logic including API Services, serverless functions, and .NET scripting.
