ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.
Conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials.
Reviewing of documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
Capturing data into digital database systems.
Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
Good command of English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
Proficient touch-typing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, WORD, and PowerPoint
Ability to:
Practice strong time management.
Communicate effectively and timely through oral and written media.
Analyze and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
Be collaborative and an active listener.
Work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Maintain effective working relationships with coworkers.
Strong organizational skills.
High school diploma.
2+ years’ experience in a relevant field.
Experience:
Must have at least two + years of experience in relevant field
Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an office environment.
Position involves occasional bending, standing, kneeling, climbing stairs, reaching below and above shoulders, and potentially lifting objects.
