We have an immediate (hybrid) Senior Windows Engineer position available in Washington, DC . If you join our team in this role, you will bring your expertise in packaging and implementing various MS Windows application images for MS Windows 10, Office 365 ProPlus, MS Server 2016 & 2019, and related 3rd party applications using SCCM.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Designing, testing, integrating, upgrading, and support of Microsoft Windows Desktop applications and package engineering of MS Windows 10, Office 365 ProPlus, MS Server 2016 & 2019, and related third party applications.
2. Participate in the creation and ongoing maintenance of architecture & design documentation ensuring that clear, concise, and accurate information is readily available.
3. Create and utilize test plans and test cases, as well as document and test technical and information bulletins.
4. Manage Windows 10 images and applications using SCCM.
5. Providing technical desktop engineering practices, recommendations, advice, and enhancements from integration engagements of prior successful image/systems integrations.
6. Highly effective writing/verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work independently with minor guidance.
7. Understanding of SMS/SCCM package deployment.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

1. Knowledge of Active Directory Security Groups, OUs, DNS, and GPO management.
2. Scripting (PowerShell, VB).
3. VB and/or VBA coding experience.
4. Familiarity with DISA STIGs for Windows operating systems.
5. Operating System Deployment.
6. VMware and/or VDI/Citrix experience.
7. Knowledge of PKI.
8. Litigation software such as IPRO and/or LAW.

Clearance:

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
