What You'll Bring to the Table
- Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 5 years’ experience, or 7 years’ experience in engineering or supply chain.
- Leadership Skills : Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-Driven : High sense of urgency and ability to dive into problems.
- Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage change.
- Experience : Previous experience in high-growth environments, warehouse transitions, and automation.

Title: Senior Director, Automation Engineering
Salary or Pay Range: $212,000 - $221,000
Workplace Persona: Explorer
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program and is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
