The Role
As Moxion’s first Engineering Manager for the Software team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of this team from structure and work flows to strategy and culture. You will manage the full stack of software development from the firmware running our mobile power units to the cloud applications that power our fleet operations.

- Manage and grow the software engineering team
- Work cross functionally to establish the team’s roadmap
- Cultivate the team’s culture and work across the larger organization to grow company culture
Skills to be successful:
- Experience managing and growing high performance software teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of modern cloud application technologies

- Shift: N/A
- Compensation Range: $163,000-210,000
