3. Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices.
4. Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness.
5. Contribute to design and architecture decisions.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends and technologies.

1. 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
2. Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript.
3. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.
4. Experience with React-Redux for state management.
