Description
Leidos Civil Transportation Solutions Operation at Leidos has an opening for an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Training Developer who will support the Federal Aviation Administration Enterprise-Information Display System (E-IDS), which provides access to supplemental information from numerous sources to augment the information available on the Air Traffic Management (ATM) service provider's primary display.
Technical Training Developer Responsibilities:
- Perform E-IDS training development and implementation, following established processes, in support of the following activities:
- Translate technical and complex system information and requirements into E-IDS training design elements.
- Develop the E-IDS Air Traffic, Technical Operations, Security Data Administration, and Second Level Engineering Course training CDRLs.
- Support Leidos Training and FAA Training reviews of development materials and CDRL activities.
- Generate Course Material to deliver and support Design and Development documents.
- Deliver course materials and provide instruction and support in course revision and course development.
- Develop customer-facing training courses using skills in Articulate Storyline 360 (Microsoft Visio or similar graphic editor and Microsoft 365 Suite proficiency preferred).
- Demonstrate ability to review and provide editorial comments for content developed by other team members.
Basic Qualifications:
- Requires BS and a minimum of 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Requires 1+ years of experience in developing web-based training using Articulate Storyline 360.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in one of the four FAA subject areas:
- Air Traffic
- Technical Operations Support
- Security and Data Administration
- Second level Debug and Engineering Support

Pay Range: Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00
