As a Senior Software Developer supporting the SAFFIRE program, you will work in collaboration with other developers and teams to create an enterprise SOM and CV tool suite for the IC using COTS, FOSS, and GOTS capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the integration of capabilities from different systems.
- Be a key voice in the design, development, testing, and integration of the product.
- Interact with the customer on new and existing functionality.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must hold a current Top Secret or Top Secret SCI clearance and a recent polygraph is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience using Java-based technologies to develop enterprise systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least 5 years’ experience as a software engineer.
- Demonstrated experience integrating multiple applications.
- Demonstrated experience with continuous integration and software CM processes/tools (Subversion, GIT, JIRA, Confluence).
- Demonstrated experience writing or contributing to end user instructions or manuals.
- Demonstrated experience using rapid prototyping and Agile-based software development methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing software enhancements to mission systems in other Government agencies.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts.
- Experience with development in microservice-based architectures.
- Understanding of web application development concepts.
- Experience working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, NiFi automation.
- AWS experience.
- Demonstrated experience with building DevOps pipelines for enterprise systems.
- AWS Certification (Developer, DevOps and/or Architect, etc.).
- Security+ Certification.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $74,600-$156,700. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
