Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines, including HAAS mills and lathes, to fabricate parts and components.
• Apply expertise in machine shop theory and procedures, shop mathematics, and layout techniques to produce high-quality parts.
• Interpret detailed instructions, blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, and specifications accurately.
• Determine dimensions and tolerance of finished workpieces through sample parts.
• Monitor machine operation to identify malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, making necessary adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mill and lathe operations, with proficiency in modifying and optimizing CNC programs.
• Experience with CNC Mill 5-axis, 3-axis, programming, set-ups, edits, etc., is required.
