Job Summary
We’re looking for a front-end developer to be part of the team designing and developing the digital identity infrastructure. You should be able to translate our company and client needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.
The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical expertise, curiosity and analytical mindset.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all visible parts of the application function properly and can be accessed by the user.
This is a hands-on role where you will need to demonstrate the skills, experience, and confidence to work with other senior engineers and product management team members to deliver solutions that will delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new, and enhance existing, user-facing features; design mobile-based features.
- Optimize application for maximum speed.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to improve usability of products.
- Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and clients.
- Write functional requirement documents and guides; create quality mockups and prototypes.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of the UI/UX designs.
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end.
- Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting.
- Ensure high quality standards and consistency.
- Create new ideas, solutions or approaches to ongoing challenges.
- Coach others to follow their own example of excellence; foster two-way communication.
- Contribute ideas for improvements in work methods, systems, processes, and procedures.
- Encourage responsible risk taking to achieve high quality results.
- Present changes and uncertainties to others with a positive attitude, emphasizing opportunities and actions to be taken.
- Investigate the root cause of problems and invite others to share what they have learned.

Qualifications and Experience:
- 4-5+ years of software development experience; Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and experience with at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Go, Java, Python).
- Experience with TypeScript / React.
- Understanding of layout aesthetics.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth understanding of the development process (design, development and deployment).
- Experience architecting and developing solutions to complex problems.
- Experience with public cloud services.
- Experience with database internals, database language theories, database design, SQL, GraphQL and No SQL technologies.
- AWS Certification.
- DevOps Experience highly desirable.

- Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies is a plus.
Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $135,000 plus company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
