Currently, we are seeking a talented Lead Fullstack JavaScript Developer with expertise in React and Node.js to lead our development efforts. Responsibilities:

As the Lead Fullstack JavaScript Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and deployment of our healthcare applications. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure healthcare applications using React.js and Node.js.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architecture, and develop technical solutions that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
3. Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining the security and privacy of patient data throughout the development lifecycle.
4. Mentoring and coaching junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
5. Participating in code reviews, providing feedback, and implementing best practices to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
6. Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in healthcare and technology, and incorporating them into our development processes.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Fullstack JavaScript Developer, with expertise in React.js and Node.js.
2. Previous experience working in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare processes and regulations.
3. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and experience implementing security measures to ensure compliance.
4. Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on building responsive and accessible user interfaces.
5. Experience with backend development using Node.js and knowledge of database systems such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with healthcare data interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR.
2. Knowledge of healthcare information systems such as EHR/EMR systems.
3. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
