Job Description:

(MULTIPLE POSITIONS) : Avanade Inc. seeks Azure Data Engineers in Seattle, WA to deliver analytics and business intelligence solutions to our clients. In this role, you will:

1. Design and set-up projects that bring together information from a variety of sources to enable analysis and decision-making.
2. Utilize personal knowledge to plan and deliver data warehouse and storage.
3. Participate in designing and running bespoke data services for individual projects.
4. Design, develop, adapt, and maintain data warehouse architecture and relational databases to support data mining.
5. Customize storage and extraction, meta-data, and information repositories.
6. Create and use effective metrics and monitoring processes.
7. Monitor key performance indicators to determine where current operations can be improved and identify the causes of any problems.
8. Create the building blocks for transforming enterprise data solutions.
9. Design and build modern data pipelines, data streams, and data services.
10. Create and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, and scanned reports, as well as other information portals and resources.

Periodic travel to client sites (domestic) is expected up to 80% of the time. Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Seattle, WA.
