1. Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and Bills of Material (BOM), ideally for complex products like electronics
2. Minimum of 10 years of first-hand experience in managing and implementing business processes and systems
3. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Highly accountable and dedicated to completing tasks
6. Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
7. Capable of prioritizing work effectively
8. Independent, self-motivated, and committed individual
9. Experience in the electronics industry preferred
