Job Title: Commissioning Engineer
Location: Rensselaer, NY (fully onsite)
Duration: 6-9 month contract
Hourly Pay: $80-85/hr

- 5-10 years of experience with commissioning activities (SLC document review, FAT/SAT testing, IQ/OQ Validation support)
- 5-10 years of experience working within highly regulated pharmaceutical environments
- Extensive experience in documentation and document generation

Day to Day
Insight Global is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to join one of our largest Pharmaceutical clients 5x/week onsite in Rensselaer, NY . This individual will be joining the Engineering team which deals with the commissioning of large pieces of equipment including but not limited to bio reactors. This individual will be expected to take charge of the lifecycle document generation as well as large parts of the commissioning prep for said equipment. They will be generating documents, reviewing documentation, pushing protocols up the chain of command, and ensuring that all preparation for commissioning activities is being completed on schedule and in compliance with standard GmPs and SOPs. They will be frequently interfacing cross functionally with other teams so excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude are a must. There will be domestic travel throughout the duration of this contract – around 1x/month – covered completely by the client.
