Position Title: BI Developer/Architect
Location Information: Dallas, TX
Position Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced BI Developer/Architect with a strong background in Microsoft BI technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data modeling, report development with Power BI, SSAS and SSRS, and a proven track record of delivering successful BI solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments. The BI Developer/Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level BI solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and providing technical leadership to the business users.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:

  • Implement enterprise-level BI solutions using Microsoft BI technologies such as SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, and Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, create mapping documentation, modeling documentation, and define BI solutions.
  • Create data models and design data warehouses to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS to deliver actionable insights to business users.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in the BI and data analytics space.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and report development using Power BI and SSRS
  • Required experience with SSAS
  • Strong understanding of both on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft BI technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and to coordinate communication across diverse work groups.
